James H. Leonetti, CPA, prior to opening his business on Pine Street in Los Alamitos, Jim worked for Commercial Capital Bancorp as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also has experience working with two leading accountancy firms KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse. He is a Long Beach City College Alumnus and former instructor of accounting. Jim is a Life Member of the University of Southern California Associates and member of the Cardinal & Gold support group for USC. He is a Board member and chairman of the finance committee of Covenant House, and was a Board member and chairman of the audit committee for Childnet.

Michael A. Lewis
Michael A. Lewis has been working for the City of Long Beach for the past twenty years. He began his career as a lifeguard and then joined the Long Beach Police Department as a patrol field officer, a motorcycle officer and as sergeant. Mike is currently working as the aide to the Deputy Chief of the Investigation Bureau and was recently promoted to Lieutenant. He is an active member of the Long Beach Police Officers Association, Leadership Long Beach, Sergeant-at-Arms and Past President of the Long Beach Chapter of Toastmasters, past Secretary of the Long Beach Motor Patrol Association, and a graduate of Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Program.

He served twice as president of the National Association of Specialty Food and Confection Brokers. Len is on the board of directors for Musical Theatre West and the Downtown Long Beach Lions Club District 4-L2. |

Bob LuskinBob Luskin is a retired real estate broker. He has been a great resource to the Foundation Finance Committee when we receive donations of property. Bob serves on the Long Beach Rotary Scholarship Foundation which funds over 100 Rotary Club of Long Beach Scholarships annually to LBCC students. |

Dr. Debbie MalumedDr. Debbie Malumed will serve as an Honorary Governor. She has been affiliated as a physician in family practice with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group and the Permanente Group in Sacramento since 2000. From 1984 to 2000 she practiced medicine with the Harriman Jones Medical Group. Dr. Malumed is a member of many professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the California Medical Association and the Los Angeles
County Medical Association. She is also active in the community, serving as a volunteer clinical instructor for the Family Medicine Residency at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and as a member of the Yellow Fox Foundation Board. |

Dr. Bill MarmionThree generations of Marmions have attended Long Beach City College. Dr. Bill Marmion's father, George Marmion, was a charter member of the LBCC Foundation Board. Bill served as Foundation Treasurer for a number of years, as well as President. He was also chair of the Long Beach City College 75th Anniversary Celebration and chair of the first bond-oversight committee. Bill was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame in 2003. |

Mr. McDaniel has worked in Long Beach for over thirty-five years. |

Randy Mizer
Native Long Beach resident, William R. (Randy) Mizer, was Vice President for the United State Air Force C17 Military Transport Program for four years before retiring in 2001. Because of his efforts, the program was awarded the 1998 National Malcolm Baldridge Award by President Clinton. He spent 37 years working for Douglas, McDonnell Douglas and The Boeing Company. In the community, Randy has spent the past five years as President and Chair of the Board of the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra, and serves on the Boards of nuVision Federal Credit Union, Memorial Hospital of Long Beach and the Miller Foundation.

She is also a past president and current member of the Junior League of Long Beach, past Board member of the Conservation Corps of Long Beach, Past Chair and current Board member of Literary Women, and past Board member of the National Conference of Community and Justice.
